Hydroscand AB, registration number 556130-7124, will on the 1st of January 2012 merge its wholly-owned
subsidiary Hydroscand Slang & Maskin AB, registration number 556272-6538.
Hydroscand AB will guarantee all valid existing obligations and agreements.
The administration will be moved to the head office of Hydroscand AB in Sköndal, Stockholm.
The merging is a way for us to strengthen Hydroscands market-leading position within hose
and fluid connectors.
