Hydroscand process personal information based on that the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract when Hydroscand provide products and services according to orders or a purchase is made in one of our branches.
Hydroscand process personal information with the purposes of the legitimate interests, based on interest balance when Hydroscand have a legitimate interest in using personal data for statistics and marketing our products and services, ensuring payment and fraud prevention, as well as the supporting of legal obligations in order to comply with applicable laws and other legal requirements.
For marketing purposes, we use personal data based on consent.
Hydroscand saves the above-mentioned personal data for persons that represent a business or company with which Hydroscand has a business relationship with and as long as there is a legal obligation to comply with applicable legal requirements, basis for payments, warranty issues and complaints.

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is appointed by the Board and has overall responsibility for Hydroscand Group. Besides the CEO, our operational management consists of the Group Management Team and certain country MDs.
Group Management Team
Hydroscand is a decentralized company, with profit and loss responsibility as close as possible to our customers. The Group Management Team is appointed by the CEO and consists of business leaders from our major markets as well as heads of certain Group functions. The Group Management Team has overall responsibiliy for joint strategic matters and coordination of Group initiatives to enable more efficient operations and higher output.
Frida Norrbom Sams
Joined Hydroscand in 2019 from NKT Group, where she served as EVP and Head of the Applications division. Before that, Frida held leading positions in Husqvarna and Sanitec.
Joined Hydroscand in 2003 and has held various management positions within finance and Hydroscand Sweden. Hydroscand Group CFO since February 2018.
MD Sweden and Denmark
Joined Hydroscand in 1995 and has been MD Sweden and Denmark since 2018. Before that, Pontus managed marketing and sales operations in Sweden and Denmark.
Joined Hydroscand in Jan 2021 from Schneider Electric Norway, where he served as Divisional Director, Digital Energy. Dag is an experienced commercial director and holds a Master of Science in Technology from NTNU and a MBA from BI.

Joined Hydroscand in 1997 and has a long career within OEM production in Sweden, China and Czech Republic.
Chief Information Officer
Joined Hydroscand in August 2022 from a position as CIO at Gränges AB. Bilal has previously held various leading IT and digitalization positions and brings more than 25 years of experience in IT and management.
Head of Global Supply Chain
Joined Hydroscand in September 2022 from Ymer Technologies. He brings 20 years of experiance from supply chain and logistics.
Head of Eastern Europe
Joined Hydroscand in October 2022 and brings more than 20 years of experience from international business. Prior to Hydroscand, Anna has worked for Axis Communication and Business Sweden, where she has held positions as Regional Director Eastern Europe, VP EMEA and Trade Commissioner to Czech republic.
Arnt Morten Skei

Joining us from a position as HR Director at Toma Group, Norway. Arnt Morten holds a MBA in Hospitality and brings more than 20 years of experience as a leader.
