Hydroscand Ltd is pleased to announce the acquisition of Euro Hydraulics Mobile Ltd.
Established in 1995, Euro Hydraulics Mobile is the longest established, largest independent emergency on-site hose replacement service in South Wales. Operating fully equipped service and repair vehicles Euro Hydraulics Mobile supports a broad range of customers throughout South Wales and the west of England. The company’s focus on customer service has resulted in a strong reputation in the area. Located in Treforest Industrial Estate, Pontypridd, Euro Hydraulics Mobile employs 7 people. This acquisition was initiated by the owners’ succession planning.
This transaction, which was completed on 22nd March 2021, is highly complementary and strategically beneficial. Euro Hydraulics Mobile fills a geographic gap in Hydroscand’s existing branch network and extends our mobile hose repair coverage to serve South Wales. Euro Hydraulics Mobile’s founder Christian Greedy will work with Rebecca Galley, Hydroscand’s Managing Director in the UK, to achieve its successful integration into the Group.
