Hydroscand has seen tremendous success since the foundation in 1969. To continue our journey in a more complex and demanding market, we have set out a new strategy for Hydroscand Group. We call it GAIN.

Hydroscand’s strategy consists of three pillars that guide all our operational activities, and together with our priorities they safeguard our long-term success. With GAIN, we have a clear focus on continued growth, digitalization and development of our service offering.

Growth

Since our start in 1969 we have built a solid foundation for growth and we are now geared to accelerate this even further. We are focusing on four distinct growth platforms from aftermarket concept and OEM solutions to new services and continued geographic expansion.

Digitalization

Digitalization is rewriting the rules of competition and is changing the way in which we interact with customers and partners. At Hydroscand we have ambitious plans to expand our digital efforts, both internal processes and our client interactions. With new and innovative digital solutions we can get even closer to our customers.

Service offering

We are commited to lead the development of services and solutions to supplement traditional product offerings.

Operational excellence

To stay competitive, all companies must be able to alter the way they do business. At Hydroscand we are committed to strengthening our core operations in all areas, from sourcing and supply chain to marketing and customer interactions. The Group initiates and drives global improvement projects within business-critical processes such as sourcing, category strategies, technology, automation and digitization. In addition, many of our local business areas drive their own operational improvement projects.
