In line with its strategic priority of strengthening its offering of metal and PTFE hoses, Hydroscand, through it's subsidiary Pathel Industrie is pleased to announce the acquisition of the company SEEMI. The SEEMI company, located in the Toulouse region, has more than 40 years of strong experience in the production and commercialization of complex assemblies for various industries. The acquisition was completed on the 25th of April 2024, and SEEMI will be integrated into Pathel Industrie.

Hydroscand Norway has entered into a lease agreement for a larger facility, of over 2,000 m2, for production and store at Mongstad north of Bergen. This is part of our investment in the Energy segment, and will give us a strategic presence at the largest HUB for oil/gas in Norway.
